Welcome to the Lake Monona Sailing Club!
LMSC is a not-for-profit, volunteer based organization founded by area residents who wanted to enjoy Lake Monona’s tremendous resources.
LMSC has been sponsoring sailboat races each year since 1969. We try to make sailing as easy and affordable as possible. Our club maintains two piers and welcomes sailors of every skill level.

Pier In Day: Saturday April 25
First Practice Race: Saturday May 16 - Noon
First series race: Memorial Day, Monday May 25 - Noon
First weeknight race: Wednesday May 27 - 6:30 pm
We race every Wednesday evening and every Saturday at noon through September. See Calendar for more details.
JOIN US!Feel free to stop by Stonebridge Park or Olin Park before or after a race to meet a few club sailors and ask questions. Races are generally held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons as well as holidays. Please see the calendar tab for more details. |
